Harvard study reveals how a relaxation and mindfulness intervention improves Gastrointestinal Disorders

    A pilot study demonstrates that a relaxation mind body program can improve quality of life for people suffering from IBS or inflammatory bowel disease (Ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease).
